My Story

Hello! My name is Tyler, though most people call me Ty. My path to becoming a jeweler has been anything but traditional. I’ve lived through hardship, disability, and choices that cost me nearly everything — my family, my freedom, my hope. Yet in the darkest chapter of my life, I discovered an unexpected light: wire wrapping.

The first pieces I made were rough, but they carried something undeniable. People saw beauty in them, and I realized I had a gift. I poured myself into the craft, building skill by skill, stone by stone. From wire wrapping to silversmithing, from fabrication to lapidary work, I immersed myself in advanced techniques — stone-setting, pavé, faceting, polishing — transforming not only metal and gems but also myself.

I’ve been fortunate to be mentored by other artists, but my vision remains uniquely my own. Each design comes alive from intuition, never replicated, always original.

The Artistry

What sets my work apart is both precision and soul:

  • I work with all metals and rare stones, often combining unexpected elements to create balance and tension.
  • My lapidary background allows me to shape and facet stones with the same devotion I bring to fine metalwork.
  • Every piece is completely one-of-a-kind: once it’s claimed, it will never exist again.

To own one of my creations is to seize a fleeting opportunity: a moment where raw earth and human artistry meet, never to be repeated.

Connection to the Wearer

I believe jewelry should do more than adorn; it should resonate. Each piece I create is meant to align with the soul of its wearer — an intimate heirloom, not a mass-produced object. These jewels are crafted with the intention of becoming part of a legacy, carrying stories that outlast us.
